"My 10-year-old son and I had a wonderful trip to Tokyo, and we truly enjoyed our stay at APA Hotel Ueno Hirokoji!
First and foremost, we sincerely appreciate the hotel staff for taking our special request seriously and making an extra effort to ensure our room was exceptionally clean, as my son has asthma. The room was spotless, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay.
Although the room was compact, it was thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything we needed. Every detail was carefully considered, from the clever storage spaces and relaxing bathtub to the fresh towels and pajamas provided daily, slippers, and other amenities. We were impressed by how efficiently the space was used.
The location was another highlight. Situated conveniently between Ueno and Akihabara, the hotel is within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, shops, and train stations, making it an excellent base for exploring Tokyo.
Most importantly, this was my son's first visit to Tokyo, and I am truly grateful to the hotel team for helping make his experience so comfortable and memorable. Thank you for giving him such a wonderful first impression of this amazing city!
