Awful bedding spoiled a good budget room.

This modern studio apartment has been, sparsely, furnished as a hotel room and is let for cash via the nearby Hotel Casa del Mare Mediteraneo. Staff there were lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately the quality of the thin mattress and the bedding were absolutely awful, making sleep very difficult. One might ask what one expects for the very low cost, but we would not stay here again.

Clean and spacious apartments, a little away from the road and therefore nice and calm. Very kind and service minded staff!

Havsnära men dåligt med A/C

Helt ok boende om du inte är kravstor. Det bästa är läget. Bryggor med underbart vatten 150 meter nedför backen. Dock lite trist att du måste korsa en hårt trafikerad väg. Finns AC men tyvärr når kylan inte sovrummen. Varmvattenberedaren svajig, två dagar saknade vi varmvatten. Köket har det man förväntar sig i en lägenhet. Skapligt TV-utbud. Internet funkar hjälpligt.

A family break in the sun.

The apartment far exceeded our expectations from a quality perspective. The adjacent hotel (manages the apartments), provided excellent support and a top class restaurant. There was some confusion with our booking and the staff went our of their way to help resolve it. The restaurant staff were friendly, attentive and great embassadors for their locality.

Defaulting payment rules

Hotel is nice, good place to spend holidays with kids. One of the best beaches in Montenegro. Frandly service and perfect restaurant. BUT! They have great problems with payment. Month before comming they block full payment on credit card, but you neet still to pay cash. So you need doudle amount of money to get the room.

Wonderful stay in Kamenari

My sister and I spent five days in Bella Vista apartments in Kamenari this September (2013.) and had a wonderful time. The apartments are clean and comfortable and a few steps from the hotel Casa del Mare and the beach. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel every day - the food was excellent and the ambiance relaxed and charming. The beach is next to a road, but, in spite of that, quiet and beautifully kept. The sea is clean and calm, perfect for swimming, the scenery of the Boka Kotorska bay absolutely gorgeous. As for the staff of the hotel, I cannot say enough about their kindness and helpfulness in every respect. They made us feel at home and I am sure we will be visiting them again. I highy recommend the hotel and the apartments to those who want a quiet and relaxed vacation in a very beautiful setting. (Renting a car is recommended).

no-frills apartment on a Mediterranean fjord

This apartment is an excellent value. It has few frills but is entirely comfortable. The attached beach is just next to a busy road, but is surprisingly peaceful. The hotel restaurant is unexpectedly good. But the setting is the real star. The entrance to the Bay of Kotor makes for a beautiful Mediterranean fjord, and the swimming is excellent. The location is close to Dubrovnik's airport. There is lots to do in Herceg Novi. Kotor features an old town that people still live in, and there are other nice spots down the coast. Take the short drive to lovely Peraste for a satisfying dinner in an unforgettably picturesque town.

Nice place, poor location

The staff are great, and the room nice enough. The food at the Casa del Mare (the hotel that runs the apartments) is fantastic. Only real problem was the location - if you've got a car, then it's not too bad - you can get to Kotor and the airport etc. using the nearby 24-hour ferry. If, like us, you didn't have a car, then things are a lot more patchy - there are buses to Herci Novog, and some buses elsewhere, but getting to Kotor is more of an effort. If you're doing day tours from here, avoid the Ostrogmonastery tour - not worth doing.

underbar privat beach

Fräsch lägenhet med stor terass och tillgång till underbar privat strand vid den vackra Kotor Bay. Mkt hjälpsam hotellpersonal. I området fanns inte mkt, livsmedelsbutik och hotellresturang men buss och bilfärja tar en relativt enkelt till små städer runt om Kotor Bay och till Herceg novi, Kotor och Tivat.
