Hotel located at city area , very quiet but 3min walk to public transport and shopping area. Lobby is on the top floor with free drinks and snacks for guests. Hotel is new and clean. Staff speak good English and very helpful. Delicious breakfast.

The homestays are quite clean, and the mattresses are quite dusty. It's convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. There is also a subway nearby, but unfortunately it's a bit far to go to the Shinkansen.

Like: Room is very new Staff is friendly Dislike: Cleaning is not sufficient No bottled water provided Universal adapter does not work
