A very unique downtown beachfront property immediately off the hwy and only steps away from city run recreation facilities, including: Rivers trail, baseball, soccer ⚽️ and rugby 🏉 fields , tennis courts 🎾, horseshoe club, live theatre, skate board park, and a dog park.
