The pool and hot tub were the reason I selected this hotel and they were both closed so my boys were not able to use them. Broken floor tiles in the bathroom, baseboard missing, bathroom door hard to close...basically needs a full renovation. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable.

In a word, grim. There were stains on the carpet, a permeating smell of room deodorizer, and a used q-tip next to the bed. There were no bedside lamps, so the demonic, flickering overhead light was required. This room was over $200 CDN for the night, and it was a total gouge. We could not leave quickly enough the morning.

A disappointing stay. The room and facilities were very run down. The stairs and balcony areas were uneven, people were smoking all over and the smell was entering our room, the pool and hot tub were closed by Interior Health, walls were missing baseboards and carpets were stained. Breakfast was good.
