「Lovely little hotel on the beach. I think it may be the closest property to the beach on the island. Convenient, quiet, private location set back from the road. New, extremely clean with friendly and responsive management who provide a personal touch. Great bed, pillows, sheets, and Aircon for a wonderful night’s sleep. Good water pressure and temperature for a nice shower. Little grocery stores to left and right of hotel back on the main road. Very nice beachside restaurant just down the beach...

「Rooms are in very good shape, excellent wifi, aircon good. Good value for the price. Not a hotel, this is some house with rooms renovated to rent out. Caretaker on site, friendly but very little English. Building from outside looks like a house, right behind Bank of Guam. Close to Galleria, places to eat, but actual street is backside of gambling place, drunks, etc. outside」

The room is clean and spacious, we have two people and somehow there are two beds in our room, one king and one twin, but there is still lots of space. They only have two pools and a beach now, as the others (tennis court, waterslides or water park) were destroyed by the storm last fall. 「Location of hotel maybe not great, but the area is quiet, good choice for couples staying. Shuttle bus from hotel to downtown area every hour, so for not renting a car is still fine. There is a swimming pool with island bar and a beach with some decorations for couples taking photos. Good there honestly is not really nice, especially grilled seafood, staff were friendly but rather rushing to close the restaurant even still an hour from closing time which was quite disappointed 」

「The location of guesthouse is very nice =D Many restaurant nearby the guesthouse. Just walk around 5 mins to the beach and American Memorial Park. Landlord is friendly and nice, she introduced many tour points to us. And she gave us sandwiches when we got up early to Managaha Island. So touching!! The room is clear.」

「Property is basically a bed and breakfast with quiet and relaxing enviroment. The are takers are the best. Very attentive to needs without imposing on your privacy. Loved it. Best veiw on the island as well.」
