「I was rather intimidated by this listing considering how automotated the whole process is. It’s all done with thorough written instruction and an iPad at check-in/out. I felt like I was doing a scavenger hunt on The Amazing Race or something. Stay the course and read everything carefully. "The property got a long history with great view of Shinano River, conventional design with larger room size comparing to modern hip hotel. Their breakfast is excellent, with a variety of local produce, a must try. Front desk is friendly and helpful, thanks to Mr Chan who initiated to assist in forwarding a delayed package to Tokyo. "
