"今回は、孫の4さいの誕生日とも重なり、騒いでも気兼ねなく泊まれる宿を探してました。3階、屋上でのバーベキューもでき大満足。孫達は虫嫌いなのでどうかなと思いましたが蚊も飛んでなく風があり熱くもなく快適、お隣の声も聞こえましたが気になりませんでした。ただ、テーブルの足のところがきちんとはまらなかった。のが残念。また、楽天のお宿利用します。"

"設備については素晴らしいと思いました。ワンちゃんも凄く楽しそうでした。 サービスについては改善の余地があると思います。無人のホテルであるが故に、オペレーターは設備に詳しくないといけないと思います。 ブレーカーが落ちたのですが、その対処について聞いたところ、「寝室の物入れに入っている、それ以上に把握していない。弊社は沢山の施設を保有しているので、全てを把握していない。他にもお客様がいるのであとは自分で対処して欲しい」と言われました。 あまりに無責任だと感じましたし、オペレーターの女性の高圧的な態度が非常に不快でした。 せっかくの旅行が台無しです。"
