“I will give a good review. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I accidentally left my AirPods in the room, and when I called the next day, the receptionist informed me that they had been found and kept safely. I am very grateful, as I rely on my AirPods every day.

> The hotel was very clean—just a bit old, but great value for money. If you’re looking for a good, affordable hotel in Uganda, this is a great option, although it is a little far from the city centre.

On checkout their response was, sorry to hear of the situation
Would I return, maybe? As facilities were overall ok”

The reception staff were very nonchalant and didn’t really care that we had paid in full yet no rooms were available.
The Manager, however, was good. He apologised over phone to us (he wasn’t actually there). And he got our money refunded in full.
But it took several messages between us, the Manager and Hotels.com to get them to refund us in full. And the refund took 3 weeks to……
