What was once my favourite, and the best hotel in Kampala, has now become tired and very run down. “Checkin is 2-3pm, not 11am as per Expedia. Too conservative on resources, water dispensers are switched off, a/c is off in some rooms like gym, bathrooms didn’t smell good or fresh, etc Price was decent though considering alternatives. ”
