“This property is excellently run, beautiful inside and out, and the service is first-rate. I was honestly very surprised at how comfortable and well-run everything was - truly comparable to a high-end US or European hotel. I did have an issue with my hot-water heater which was not working, and the staff immediately offered solutions such as moving rooms or showering in a different room. “The stay at Excelsis was excellent. The staff were so accommodating and eager to make the stay comfortable. The food was good, I recommend their chicken fried rice. Breakfast was well prepared as I ordered off the menu, the Spanish omelette was magnificent. All in all a great first stay. Keep up the great work. ”
