「We booked the Deluxe Chalet room with sea view, 678 sq ft. They gave us a garden room with many dead mosquito on the bed and on the table. So I asked the front desk to change our room with sea view. So they changed us another so called very little seaview room and only 300 sq ft. We are very disappointed and the manager said it’s the deluxe chalet. Expedia is posting the wrong information. 「Beautiful hotel on good beach. It is a bit tired but still a great place to relax. Staff generally helpful & attentive. Food is pretty good overall. Biggest complaint was air con in bedroom sound like 747 on take off. No ability to change this - either on or off. Overall a good hotel but certainly not at international 5 star level.」

「It was quite disappointed that the Hotel receptionist declined our request to call for a Grab with the reason that they don't have the driver list. Actually, they might use the appropriate apps because our phone could not download the Grab Apps due to technical problem. Moreover, hotel wifi sometimes was not connected.」

「Very poorly maintained. Dirty room, even the parking area was dirty and not maintained well. Room was not up to par. Toiletries provided were too little. Rooms were very smelly and AC not working well. Not worth the money. Such a disgrace to Terengganu tourism. Please never come here 👎」

「i'm very disappointed because the hotel did not receive my booking even though been confirmed by expedia. i have waited for an hour before the problem can be resolved. some more i got a smaller room (downgrade) from 2 + 1 bed which i book earlier (1 month early) to double bed for the same amount i paid. i should be compensated for the trouble.」

「Very clean. Tasteful interior deco. Building made of high quality structure. There’s direct access to the beach. A suitable place to organize family gatherings and have BBQ. There’s an outdoor grill stove. Ample space to walk about in the backyard. a gazebo with a hammock to chill. Backyard porch with chairs and stools. There’s also outdoor bar table to sit and relax. There are probably 3 rooms downstairs and 3 rooms upstairs. An open balcony facing the sea with a fantastic view of Cenering...
