No latch lock in room, towels were not clean, no reception, no security avail in the building. Entrance to the rooms - NOT SECURED ( 3 LEVELS OF ENTRY ) Have taken videos of the INSECURITY. Reception informed to complain to Hotels.com for refund as he had acknowledged the Insecurity of the premise .
