「The hotel is undergoing major renovations (installing new lifts and other works) so is noisy and a little untidy. The bathrooms are not very clean - there is mould and soap scum build up. The toilet seat in our bathroom was the wrong size so will shift when used (and give you a shock).
If you have your own transport then the next issue does not arise. If you need a taxi you need to book in advance (the day before).
There is a new shopping centre (Mydin) nearby and there are other shops within...

「It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...

「I liked very much the tiny restaurant of the hotel, they have delicious food for reasonable prices. Also breakfast buffet is very good, including fresh pressed juices」
