Amazing stay. However the hotel is almost outdated even though is very comfortable. Staff were great except the newer staff which is foreign staff. Hardly understand Bahasa and limited English. Came during weekend and school holiday. Its very crowded but the staff managed patrons professionally. I might return again maybe during non peak with less crowd.

Great stay for couples
We got the Vana villa with pool, after a mix up which gave us the garden view albeit with a small upgrade charge. Reasonable and worthwhile. The place was serene and peaceful.
