「The morning buffet breakfast need serious upgrading. Limited choice of food and local or international food not up to 4 star status hotel. I am a frequent visitor to Resort hotel b4 Covid. The buffet breakfast previously, prior to 2018 was good, they served tasty nasi dagang and nasi lemak and egg omelette was good. Now the standard has deteriorated. Very disappointed. 「房間寬闊，整潔但有點陳舊。熱水不熱，住兩個晚上沒廁紙需等上半小時才取到！酒店有四個室外游泳池，適合小朋友玩樂。酒店外的外灘不太美觀！有點失望！」

「La villa est splendide. Mais le spa, la jolie piscine, le restaurant de la plage et le karaoke étaient fermés. Le personnel ne parle pas un très bon anglais pour le standing proposé. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas incroyable et le restaurant propose une carte sans choix (et rien de végétarien). Obligé de commander un room service (pour des sandwich au fromage pour dîner), les plats n'ont jamais été débarrassés avant notre départ.
