Really enjoyed our stay- had everything we needed and made for a very comfortable vacation. Great location with many beaches and shopping close by. Excellent golf courses as well. We would stay here again

Excellent location

The location is excellent, the pool was fantastic, and we used the BBQ, which was clean and of good quality. Typical in older properties the lack of soundproofing insulation is to be expected, you could hear the individuals upstairs like a herd of elephants. The unit had cleaning supplies, a vacuum and a host package with garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher cubes etc.The check-in and support were fantastic, clear and concise. All in all, it is an excellent property.

We had a great time and stay at your condo. Appreciate all the beach supplies like coolers, chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear. Grounds and pool are beautifully maintained.

Palm Villas!

Perfect location for a wonderful Mauna Lani vacation. Condo has everything you will need for a great pool, beach and local adventure vacation. Close to the beach club and grocery shopping, the location can’t be beat. Love the pool!!

Beautiful property in paradise

The condo is beautifully designed and comfortable. Easy access to a great snorkeling beach with beach restaurant. Great pool and hot tub for the complex. Laundry machines a definite plus. Hosts were accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Daughters Graduation Trip.

The Condo was clean and well supplied. The kids loved the Beach Club Beach to snorkel and just float around. Hapuna Beach is close and is a top beach anywhere in the world. Overall it was a fantastic vacation and celebration of my daughters accomplishment.

Beautiful location with access to private beach

Spacious condo and lanai with everything we needed including boogie boards, snorkeling gear, chairs and beach towels. Beautiful grounds with pool and hot tub. Short drive or 10-15 min walk to private beach with parking. Owner was great to work with before and during our stay.

Great Location for a Long Family Weekend

We stayed here for a long weekend with my young adult and teenage children, as well as my brother and sister-in-law. We had plenty to do with access to the beach/beach club and the pool at the condo complex. The snorkeling was great at the beach. It was close enough to Kona to enjoy some activities down then, then it was nice to return to the peace and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. Good location - The grounds and pool area are beautiful. Access to them all on the beach club was was a plus. I would have like to extend our stay here however it was already booked. Thank you for the vacation.

Lovely location

Very pretty appartment all basic ammentines provided. private access to the Mauna lani beach and relaxing beach time at the cabanas. Interesting menu and good cooktails at Napua. The snorkelling is also very good , however we did not have very good snorkelling conditions during this stay of ours.

Definitely recommend for family stay

We had a great stay. This unit is at the Palm Villas in Mauna Lani which is a very nice condo complex. It’s close to the beach club — you can walk but it’s a bit far if you’re hauling beach chairs, etc., so it’s nice there’s a parking option. Also close to the shopping area with Foodland grocery store. Definitely recommend for a family stay. Unit was clean and well-kept.

Family trip

The property was awesome and it was perfect for kids. The pool area was even better than we anticipated and was right across the street from the unit. The location can’t be beat. We would definitely stay here again. The garage is small and really can’t fit a Ford expedition, which is a common large car rental on the island, but using the common parking spots was not an issue. Smaller cars would fit without any problem. Only other thing to be aware of is that it is a bottom unit, so we could hear the group above us at times, but again the space was great and we preferred having access to the very nice grounds and grassy areas from the lanai.

AMAZING!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved that it was close to the tennis/pickleball courts. Every morning we enjoyed our walk through the fish ponds to a beautiful private beach for those staying on the Mauna Lani Resort grounds. We spent 6 nights in the Condo and then moved to the Mauna Lani Auberge Resort for 4 nights with my husbands company. Don't get me wrong, it's a gorgeous resort but we missed the condo terribly. If I could I would give this property a 10 star review!! Can't wait to go back.
