“Deep clean is needed especially for the bathroom and kitchen. It smells in the property… bathroom is dirty and stinky (no ventilation) and so as the kitchen. We had to open both doors in order to get airflow for fresh air. ”

“We have loved this stay. It has been said and repeated, location is unbeatable as the traffic to enter the park can be really heavy, even in the so-called low season. But on top of that, the appartment is comfy, spatious, well maintained and kitchen decently equipped. The host has been super responsive when we had little issue with an appliance, which got fixed almost immediately. The only caveat I would have is we can hear a lot of the appt#3 from the room, so I guess it depends of your……

“We were in a little cabin off the main house. It was perfect for our family of four. We were disappointed to not have more time there - we arrived after dark and left the next morning just after 7am. Lovely property and very good hospitality from Lex and his staff. “This was the second time we stayed here. Perfectly cozy cabin for families. Lots to do nearby. Cabin was well stocked and cleanup is reasonable.”

“It isn’t fancy but for price point and location it’s a gem. The view in #1 is amazing. Location is across street from Zion entrance. It does smell like subway and pizza in the hallway but it didn’t bother us (my kids love both places). Romantic getaway maybe not, but really awesome place overall. Just go in with proper expectations which we did, and we loved it! I would absolutely stay again!”

“What a find! We could not have been happier! This property is very well appointed and very well thought out. It is beautiful, quiet, convenient, and has the sweetest private courtyard. Just two things: the handles on the shower doors are reversed and the toilet paper roll was put on backwards! 😉 We loved every minute!!!”

“Great one room stay with attached bathroom with large shower and toiletries situated in country about 30 minutes from park. Trout fishing opportunity if you bring your tackle. Bring what you need as there were few options close to dine or buy food in April. Nice firepit with wood provided.”

Jan and Gerry were great host and provided us with exceptional coffee each morning during our stay. Just down the road from town and all the parks/trails. Looking forward to the opportunity to stay here again in the future whenever our journey brings us back to Arizona!”
