    Country seclusion, 4 minutes to downtown, private entrance and patio with seating to enjoy the endless view in the day, the infinite stars at night. Easy parking, no steps or stairs, and thoughtful safety features. Food area has microwave, coffee maker, fridge, dishes, glasses, utensils, snacks, coffee, tea , WiFi, sundry extras. Need more? Ask ! Quaint stay in Kanab

We had a wonderful time at Happy's place. Everything you need to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Plus, the accommodations with clean and had the necessary amenities, such as, coffee, toiletries, bedding, etc. Visiting our daughter was easy and enjoyable.

Great stay with great views

The owner is a great guy and does everything to make your stay pleasant. Killer size bathroom really makes it nice too! Will visit again. Sure beats a sterile hotel room Close to town and easy to get around, Kanab is glorious!

Perfect Getaway Spot for Relaxation

I went up to Kanab on personal walkabout and stayed at Happy's place. He is a great guy and the room I stayed in was very clean and comfy. Easy to get to Zion and Bryce. Will never forget this trip.

Laid back in Kanab

The property was just as advertised and met all of our needs while visiting in Kanab. Happy was very quick at communicating, provided us with great suggestions on what to do while in the area, and even did a load of laundry for us. What a pleasant stay and fun time getting to know Happy.

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic time staying here. Happy was very helpful and generous, he makes some awesome homemade ice cream that he was always willing to share. He also gave us some awesome advice on where to go for dinner or for a morning coffee. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone traveling through Kanab.
