Dino Ranch Villa is a spacious and fun-filled retreat set against stunning red rock views located on the Dino Ranch property just minutes from downtown Kanab.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is perfect for families or groups looking for comfort, entertainment, and a touch of adventure. A large dinosaur greets you at the entrance, setting the tone for a stay full of character and charm.

Inside, you’ll find an open layout with a generous living room featuring a sectional couch and a cozy fireplace. The living area flows into a well-stocked kitchen and a dining room that’s perfect for family meals or game nights. Glass double doors open from the dining area to a covered patio, where you'll enjoy a private lounge area with a fire pit, grill, hot tub, and stargazing chairs — the night skies here are truly spectacular.

The master suite includes a king-size bed, a dedicated workspace, and a spacious private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two additional bedrooms each have two queen-size beds and share a second bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo, making the home comfortable for up to ten guests.

One of the highlights of the villa is the large indoor game room. It’s stocked with a pool table, foosball, darts for both adults and kids, skee-ball, a large TV, and a comfy sectional couch — perfect for winding down or keeping everyone entertained during your stay.

The outdoor space continues the fun with a fenced-in game area that includes a trampoline, cornhole, and even axe throwing games. The property also features whimsical dinosaur décor throughout and plenty of unique photo opportunities, including a dedicated Dinosaur Pen shared with guests from the other homes on the Dino Ranch.

The home is family-friendly and comes with a pack and play, high chair, and kids' dishes. You’ll also have the convenience of in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer, ideal for longer stays.

Surrounded by nature, the villa is frequently visited by adorable local wildlife like quail, bunnies, lizards, chipmunks, and even deer.
