Dino Ranch Villa is a spacious and fun-filled retreat set against stunning red rock views located on the Dino Ranch property just minutes from downtown Kanab.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is perfect for families or groups looking for comfort, entertainment, and a touch of adventure. A large dinosaur greets you at the entrance, setting the tone for a stay full of character and charm.

Inside, you’ll find an open layout with a generous living room featuring a sectional couch and a cozy fireplace. The living area flows into a well-stocked kitchen and a dining room that’s perfect for family meals or game nights. Glass double doors open from the dining area to a covered patio, where you'll enjoy a private lounge area with a fire pit, grill, hot tub, and stargazing chairs — the night skies here are truly spectacular.

The master suite includes a king-size bed, a dedicated workspace, and a spacious private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two additional bedrooms each have two queen-size beds and share a second bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo, making the home comfortable for up to ten guests.

One of the highlights of the villa is the large indoor game room. It’s stocked with a pool table, foosball, darts for both adults and kids, skee-ball, a large TV, and a comfy sectional couch — perfect for winding down or keeping everyone entertained during your stay.

The outdoor space continues the fun with a fenced-in game area that includes a trampoline, cornhole, and even axe throwing games. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place! It was a great location-pretty equal distances to the different places we wanted to go to like Mt. Zion, Bryce Canyon, Horseshoe Bend/Antelope Canyon. Being able to hangout in the hot tub after a long day of hiking and able to fix a home cooked meal was exactly what we were looking for! Plenty of room and things to do while spending time at Dino Ranch. Highly recommend!! If we come back to this area, we will stay at Dino Ranch again!!
