Kokopelli Kottage Central location for lots of activity in So. Utah

Nestled in the heart of Southern Utah, this vacation rental property could be your home base for hiking or driving the canyons of Southern Utah and Northern Arizona. Located in Kanab Utah, (which is known as the “Grand Circle” area) this home is only minutes away from Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, the North rim of the Grand Canyon, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and North Canyon Buttes (The Wave). Other close areas to explore include Vermillion Cliffs National Monument, Pipe Springs National Monument, Peek-a-boo Canyon, Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park and Kodachrome Basin state Park.

This vacation home comes with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with sling streaming channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio with garden views. Enjoy a slower pace and discover new adventures every time you return! It also has gig internet for those times when you have to do some work.

A great base camp for southern Utah!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this rental! Property was exactly as described and host communication was excellent. It might be the most “considerate” rental I have ever stayed in. Everything I could have possibly needed was provided and there were welcome binders of local restaurants, attractions, etc. the fenced in backyard with a grassy area was the icing on the cake for my pup! Would definitely stay here again!

Great experience in one of my favorite towns

We stayed for four nights and everything was super. The fenced in yard was great for the dog. The veranda was excellent for dinner. The mule deer walking through the neighborhood were an added bonus! And after a long day, the large screen TV and comfy seats were extremely relaxing. Highly recommend.

National Parks trip

Everything was perfect, very clean, kitchen was well stocked. Check in was easy, we had absolutely no issues whatsoever ever. Would recommend this property to anyone. Kanab is a wonderful town with very good restaurants and the people are very friendly. This was our base camp as we visited the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Zion. It was nice to have a soft place to land every night. Thank you for letting us share your home.

Furious about not getting our rental!!! It was very difficult with our pet finding another location

We couldn’t get in, as the property was already occupied… we are going to get a complete refund from VRBO! We tried reaching the owner to get checkin instructions for several days prior, and he never responded. Only once at the property, the other renters gave us his phone number to call the owner.
