"Since we paid for this hotel the same that we paid for a nice new hotel in Central Tokyo, I was expecting at least the basic service. The staff didn't speak any English with the exception of a lady who was called on the phone to give us basic information, but she said she was taking the day off. Thing is, she seemed to also take off the day after, and the one after as well. We had to prepare our own beds,with zero guidance on how to set up a Japanese futon. "A really great family hotel in the heart of Hakone. It’s very clean, the staff are absolutely amazing and the kids can enjoy free access to Yunessun (the onsen water park next door). We enjoyed the buffet food, unlimited ice cream, and all sorts of drinks and snacks peppered around the lobby floor. They just look after you very well here. If you have kids, I definitely recommend staying here for a few days while exploring Hakone and enjoying the onsens. We will come back again. "
