在車站旁邊，但房價卻不貴，性價比高。唯一缺點是房間小，適合只是睡，對空間沒有要求的人。空間少是為了ECO，節約空調能源，是APA酒店的理念。

房間超熱，只有暖氣，房間窗只能開少隙。床單不整潔有毛髮。床褥超軟中央凹陷，瞓到腰酸背痛，向酒店職員投訴及要求換房，職員態度差，她不懂中英文，只用手機翻譯，幸好有個見習職員懂少許普通話才能溝通

不滿：客房舒適度

整體可以接受

絕佳地點，但中央空調都差不多把我們焗病了，房間如不開窗，只靠中央空調，房間真的會很熱很焗，希望酒店會改善，整體尚算可以接受。

不滿：設施服務和住宿狀況

我訂的房間是雙人標準房，但只覺得是放了兩張床的單人房間，但無冷氣就很糟糕了, 跟他們前枱說後, 他們只送了一把小風扇給我。哈哈，真無語！酒店有洗衣機和乾衣機的，但只是每款各一部。當有人一下子入錢乾衣一小時,下一位就要待一小時才能用到乾衣機。千萬不要在這裡洗衣。

交通便利的住宿選擇

離金澤車站近、飯店旁就有LAWSON便利商店、附近也有很多租車公司可以租借汽車旅遊。可惜房型態小、兩件行李廂沒有足夠空間可以展開擺放、床鋪擺放位置也很奇怪，其中一張床舖正對房間門口。

The room size is small and barely open one large luggage. There is open bath and public hot bath and sauna for visitors plus two floor for parking lot. Perfect location and just take one minute walk to the Kawanaza station.

2樓的男湯女湯可免費使用，客房非常小，20吋行李廂打開沒地方走路

2樓有男湯女湯和自助洗衣機烘乾機，住宿者可以免費使用湯池，未住宿者3小時1000日幣，可延長加時間，也有躺椅跟大螢幕電視可看，類似三溫暖一樣！客房很小而已！
