「The staff are helpful. Yet the self-check in and check out machine disclose my personal information undesirabily for others peeping! The best location for JR kanazawa」

「The location of Smile Hotel Premium Higashiguchi Ekimae is absolutely fantastic! It literally is just 2 minutes walk once you walk out of the station, totally convenient! Also in front of the hotel it is the FORUS department store of Kanazawa, perfect for shopping and food! The room was spacious, quiet and clean, and the Japanese style breakfast was awesome, too bad there wasn't any vegetarian options. Overall I give very high recommendation to this hotel, good value!」

「The hotel never replies to our messages!!! Late check-in without any direction or information for us on how to get into the hotel. I spent 40 mins to try to find the entrance of the hotel! The hotel is above the mall, and if the mall is closed, you will have a hard time finding its entrance. Not suggested to book this book at this location. 」

「The public bath is good and there are a nice rest area next to the public bath.」

「The facilities are a bit old, and the air-conditioner not strong enough」
