The room was quite spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. It also had a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, big refrigerator, and all the necessary cutlery, including a dishwasher. Very happy with our stay!”

“Very disappointing experience. The hotel is old, poorly maintained, and has a terrible cigarette smell throughout. The room felt dirty and uncomfortable, and the smell was unbearable. I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel. I am still waiting for a full refund, as the conditions were completely unacceptable. Definitely not worth the money. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it.”

“The location of Smile Hotel Premium Higashiguchi Ekimae is absolutely fantastic! It literally is just 2 minutes walk once you walk out of the station, totally convenient! Also in front of the hotel it is the FORUS department store of Kanazawa, perfect for shopping and food! The room was spacious, quiet and clean, and the Japanese style breakfast was awesome, too bad there wasn't any vegetarian options. Overall I give very high recommendation to this hotel, good value!”
