This hotel was a great 1 night stay for us, it’s close to the market and shopping strip and a bus ride away from the station, castle and gardens. The room was clean and comfortable and even had a massage pillow which was a nice to use after a long day of travel. Easy to check in and out and also able to hold our luggage after check out for a few hours whilst we got some breakfast before our train ride.

Nice hotel with a very reasonable price. The location is 10 minute walk from the train station and diagonally across from the Omicho Market. There are plenty of restaurants around, and the subway station is also right there. The rooms are clean and modern, and decent size in Japanese standards. One suggestion for the hotel is to have a couple spoons in the rooms for making tea and coffee.

My heartful appreciation to the front desk. I lost my tablet at my last hotel at Toyama. The staff here helped me to contact the hotel at Toyama and arranged the courier delivery service. All I needed to do was just to pay the courier fee and my tablet arrived at my hand the next day. Thank you so much Forza. Certainly I will recommend Forza to my friends and I will also consider to stay again in my next visit to Kanazawa.

The property is approximately 15 mins. walk from Kanazawa train station. While it is not very far, having to walk with luggages in 90 degree heat with extreme humidity can be very tiring. Other than the slight distance from the station, the hotel is very clean and new. We stayed in a room with 2 king beds and we had enough space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The bed is nice and firm, and they gave two pillows per person. My favorite part of this hotel is the LG clothes steamer and the heavenly full body shower. I also like the fact that there’s an underground stairs right in front of the hotel that leads you to the mall with shops and restaurants. This came in handy when it started raining. I will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Kanazawa!

We had a twin room that was very spacious. Shower was excellent. Our fridge wasn't working but quickly replaced. Room immaculate and very fresh. The breakfast was delicious! Very fresh and varied. We will return and recommend this hotel !

I liked this hotel, except being in a room next to the elevator. I did ask at checking that I wanted a room away from noise, but I think he did not understand me, or maybe was overwhelmed by the many tourists checking in at that time.

Lovely stay at the hotel in a very spacious room which was nice and clean. The location of the hotel was great being on the bus route, but also close enough to walk to attractions. Really enjoyed the complimentary coffees and facilities.
