Staff were excellent, friendly, always eager to greet and assist in anyway they could. Daily breakfast was good, decent selection of Thai and Western favourites. Pricing for my particular room (right on the river) was good, though being low season probably helped in this case. Outdoor pool areas are well-kept and enjoyable.

The room was clean and very spacious. The hotel is on the River Kwai, we had breakfast everyday overlooking the river. Quiet hotel, but very close to the hussle and bussle if you prefer that.

Charlee and her staff were as usual very polite, friendly and attentive. Super relaxed atmosphere in a fantastic position by the river. The hotel grounds are kept immaculately and rooms spotless. It’s a real credit, a brilliant team, from front line staff emails, restaurant staff and everyone who works there. Hope to see you all again in the near future Steve.
