「The stuff are very nice with us and we had a very good experience with them but I think the hotel should upgrade the installation because there is even no drinking water in the room or a Hot water bottle and there is no microwave which is very inconvenient and we had two single bed and the bed is very small but I really have to say the stuff is very very nice with us so I’m really happy with that !」

「The hotel is easy to find and has an option for paid parking. The staff at the front desk was very friendly as was able to communicate in English. We stayed in the family room on the top floor with our three boys (ages 16, 13, 9) and they loved the bedroom nooks and the Pac-Man machine. The room was very clean. 「Really lovely hotel, with really friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful location, and we liked that it was a 10-15 walk into town. It's a steep walk, but easy in regular footwear. Really well appointed room - obviously in chalet style, and had everything that was needed. The restaurant was excellent - though I'm not a massive fan of tasting menu's - which was the only option. Everything served up was excellent though, and the service was very good. Recommended.」

「Wonderful stay!! Comfortable beds, nice sized shower, skylight over bed, bunks for the kids, AC, and a lovely balcony to gaze at the mountains. Easy walk to everything, wonderfully warm and lovely receptionist who answered all questions and provided nice recommendations. We really appreciated the ice machine and laundry (washer and dryer, pay $10 euros at front desk for wash/dry/detergent). Big fridge and everything you’d need to prepare food. Highly recommend!!」
