Following your comment we had investigated on the same and as per our records, there was no complain made on the first night regarding the issue but only on the second night at 10.30 PM. While our maintenance team were looking in to the problem, we had offered a room change to the next category which you had refused at the time. We truly regret for your inconvenience however, our team had attempted their best to make your stay comfortable given the time limit.
