“Nice place, good service. Not many sun loungers at the pool. Sad to hear that the leftovers from the buffet are thrown out and not given to the ones in need. Try to reduce food waste, and at the same time do something good for the ones without much.”

“The staff is very friendly and professional, upgraded our room and allowed us to check in early. The room is so beautiful and high-end. Location is super convenient, short walk to the tooth temple, at lake with beautiful views, surrounded by shopping stores. There was loudly construction sounds around 2pm, that disturbed the sleep.”

Hotel is perched atop hill just outside of town. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the town is a nice 20 stroll down the hill. Staff hooked us up with a great driver for day trip to Sigiriya. Great place to stay!”

Its close location to the train station was incredibly convenient. A great place to stay with excellent value and comfort.”

“酒店的整体景观很漂亮。距离市中心有一点距离，但是却落得安静。我们被安排在后面的一个WING，面向后山，距离大堂要走很长的路，因此没有什么噪声。但是采光和景观稍逊一些。房间尺寸比较大。竟然没有烧水壶，联系客房后提供给我们。卫生间镜子正对着卧室。游泳池在阳光下很舒适。酒店员工没有那么热情。如果有车出行，那么在这里可以考虑在这里休整。”

“訂房時找不到包早餐的房間，以為不包早餐，但早上收到職員通知：早餐是免費的，請我們不要太遲到餐廳，否則會錯過早餐時段。真的很窩心！他們提供詳細的旅遊資料。”

“Fantastic service from the staff. Great room with million dollar views. Most comfortable bed I have slept in Sri Lanka. Beautiful rooftop with great infinity pool overlooking Kandy lake. Very walkable location - to the city in minutes! The only negative is that the hotel could not handle the volume of guests at breakfast. Many dishes were empty and kept empty for ages. The hoppers we ordered took 2 hours to come! This was the day after the Randoli Perahera so is assume they were not equipped……
