とても歴史のある古いホテルでしたが、問題なく、むしろその雰囲気も良かった。チェックイン時のスタッフの方の対応もにこやかで良かった。キャンディー泊ならおすすめです。

If you are visiting Kandy, Queen’s Hotel should be your first choice. Everything you want is there, and in addition you stay in a hotel that has one of the most important heritage value. Easy access to town, the lake, and the temple that house the Tooth Relic makes Queen’s strategically the best location in Kandy.

We had a wonderful stay as a family with little kid. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was available every day. Front desk staff was very helpful and attentive. Front desk made an effort to pack us small breakfast for the road as we checked out every early in the morning. It is a beautiful property in the center of the city and in front of the Tooth relic temple.

When I was there, some maintenance were going on also that’s one of the oldest PROPERTIES in Kandy city so you have to get some leverage. Otherwise I’m satisfied.

This is a historic hotel with a huge charm factor. My room was enormous with three balconies, and the staff was very welcoming and professional. I especially enjoyed tea and coffee in the outdoor private garden and pool area. The location was central and convenient. I always felt safe and welcomed.

Cool historical hotel in central location. Recommend the courtyard/ non city view rooms because it is centrally located and the road is busy. We stayed for one night and it was perfect to see what we wanted to see in kandy.

This is more than hundred years old hotel and that is one of the reason I like this place. The hotel is well maintained. Old polished floors and wall fittings are still there. Yet my room had a nice modern bathroom. Everyone who made my stay comfortable were kind, friendly and ready to help. Thank you to all of them.
