Lovely quiet location, villa clean and tidy and pool ideal to cool down in!

Villa and grounds in very good condition with air con in all bedrooms. Secluded patio garden with immaculate pool. Owner very friendly. Village has bar and couple of shops. Not far to drive to find local restaurants. Only half an hour from coast. Very relaxing.

Traumhaus mit Pool

Es waren wunderschöne Tage bei Armando. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles sehr gepflegt und tipptopp sauber. Die Lage ist optimal um Istrien zu erkunden. Rovinj, Porec, Pula alles super schnell zu erreichen. Kleiner Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sehr hervorragend

Das Domizil ist sehr zentral im kleinen Ort Kanfanar gelegen. Das Haus mit Pool ist gut abgeschirmt von den umliegenden Gebäuden, so dass wir unsere Ruhe sehr gut genießen konnten. Das Haus ist uns in einem sehr sauberen und kompletten Zustand übergeben worden. Der Pool ist super sauber und wird vom Gastgeber auch zweimal die Woche gereinigt. Absoluter Vorteil ist eine überdachte Terrasse, die sowohl bei Sonnenschein Schatten bietet als auch bei Regen Schutz gibt für die angegebene Personenzahl. Besonders hervorheben muss man den Gastgeber Armando, welcher immer sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war. Schön war es auch, dass er bei Problemen umgehend zur Stelle war, um diese zu lösen. Vielen Dank noch einmal für die überaus nette Gastfreundlichkeit. Insgesamt haben wir einen herrlichen Urlaub mit bestem Wetter verbringen dürfen.

Schönes Haus

Wir verbrachten schöne Tage in Kanfanar. Der Gastgeber Armando war sehr hilfsbereit. Tipps für Metzger und Fischladen sowie Restaurants hatte er parat. Das Haus war relativ gut ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts wesentlichem. Die Zimmer und das Grundstück sind in einem sehr guten gepflegtem Zustand. Lediglich die Küche ist ein bisschen klein wenn man selbst öfter kochen möchte. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe und man ist für sich. Leider gibt es im Ort selbst kein Restaurant. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel sind im Ort vorhanden. Das haus ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Maison très agréable et bien équipée

La maison est vraiment très jolie, avec un extérieur très mignon et bien pensé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La piscine est un vrai plus. Armando est très accueillant et facilitateur (il habite juste à côté), mais attention, il ne parle qu'Allemand et Italien (pas anglais...). Le village de Kanfanar est un peu isolé et loin de Rovinj (30 minutes), mais a tous les commerces nécessaires. La cuisine n'est pas très grande mais fonctionnelle. Nous recommandons sans problème cette location.

Wunderschönes Haus im wunderschönen Istrien

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei 7-jährigen Kindern für 10 Tage hier und am Ende wollten wir gar nicht mehr weg. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, nur die Küche könnte etwas größer sein. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, nur wer gerne Müsli isst sollte eigene Schüsseln mitbringen. Die Sauberkeit war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben alle Mahlzeiten auf der großen Terrasse eingenommen. Der eigene Pool wurde täglich ausgiebig genutzt, das Highlight für die Kinder. Der Außenbereich ist gepflegt und wunderschön angelegt, hier hält man sich wirklich gerne auf. Es gibt im Hof wo die Autos stehen sogar ein Trampolin und Schaukeln. Kanfanar liegt sehr zentral und man erreicht schnell seine Ausflugsziele, z.B. Rovinj, Vrsar oder auch den Aquapark Istralandia. Armando ist ein fantastischer Vermieter der sich super um Haus und Gäste kümmert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Fantastic !

Goed ingerichte woning en van alles voorzien. Goed draaiende airco's in de slaapkamers en een fantastisch zwembad. Een zeer vriendelijke host en bereid om met alles te helpen. Zeer leuk welkomstgeschenk (Istrische ham en kaas met wijn, plaatselijke olijfolie, brood en drinken voor de kinderen) en zelfs een afscheid cadeau gehad. Echt een aanrader voor een ieder en Porec en Rovinj op redelijk korte afstand. In de buurt een bankautomaat (2 stuks) en supermarkt (2 stuks). Kortom, als we weer naar Istrië gaan, dan zullen we zeker hier terug komen!

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Ferienhaus in Kanfanar hat für 6 Personen wunderbar viel Platz, moderne Bäder und eine große Veranda. Lediglich die Küche war ziemlich klein und bot nur für max. 2 Personen gleichzeitig Platz. Der Pool ist durchgehend 1,35m tief und angenehm frisch, um sich nach der Sonne abzukühlen. Die Unterkunft ist demnach sehr empfehlenswert. Armando ist ein überaus freundlicher Gastgeber, der sich sehr darum bemüht hat, das Urlaubserlebnis für uns perfekt zu gestalten. Danke Armando!

Der Hausbesitzer Armando ist sehr freundlich und zurvorkommend. Das Anwesen selbst ist sehr schön und gepflegt und bietet eine hervorragende Privatsphäre, der Pool ist sehr sauber. Die Gegend selbst ist wunderschön (wer historische Dörfer mag) mit alten restaurierten Steinhäusern, wie das Anwesen selbst, mit liebe zum Detail. Die historische Alstadt Rovinj ist ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto enfernt uns absolut sehenswert!! Danke Armando ! Familie Kara

La casa ha tutto il necessario per passare le vacanze in totale relax. Vicino ci sono bancomat e supermarket per permettere di godersi al meglio il soggiorno. La piscina è perfetta per rinfrescarsi e far giocare i bambini; nuova e pulita. Il paese è tranquillo ed Armando è un padrone disponibile e cortese. Consigliatissima!

Wunderbare 10 Tage verbracht.

Wir haben 10 tolle Tage in dem gepflegten sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wer Entspannung sucht ist hier Gold richtig. Der Pool wurde von uns täglich und vor allem von den Kinder ausgiebig genutzt. Wer grillen möchte bekommt bei dem Metzger vor Ort alles zu einem fairen Preis. Armando ist stets aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ein toller Vermieter. Wir werden irgendwann mal wieder kommen.

Klasse; Great we will come back

We have had a very good time in the holyday home. All rooms are new, clean and with air-condition (needed). Good for a stay for up to 6 peoples. In addition, the two bad rooms (incl. washing machine) are new and good. It is also very nice to take the breakfast at the outside terrace (we did it every morning). The pool area is also very nice and has a barbeque grill (charcoal) we used it nearly every evening. You could get the very good meat (steaks, hamburger meat, local chevapcici ) at the local butcher inside the local market (near the train station) price and quality is really good. Armando is a very nice person and was always helping with good information’s where to go. (I was always to slow to clean the grill, because it was done already at the next morning, thanks for that Armando ;) ) Points to see: Rovinj 20 minutes by car The village is close to the very nice, cozy and hip city of Rovinj , take your time and take a walk into the old town. You will find very nice restaurants, bars and ateliers. Take a seat in one of the bars at the seaside in the old town and do not forget your swimming trunks or bikini because you can jump directly, after your drink into the warm Adriatic, very cool. Limski Fjord starts 10 min by car The Fjord is nice and following the road in direction cost, you should stop at one of the suckling barbeque grills (Spanferkel Grill) good meat, or seafood with a good Istrien Bier or win, fantastic. Would we come back and stay at Armandos house again? Defiantly, enjoy ;). Thanks you Armando, Winfried and Julia
