「My wife & I brought my bass boat for a week of fishing the finger lakes.This cabin was ideal for us. We were on the water within 20 minutes everyday.The cabin is very nice, fully furnished & very private.」

「Dave has a great secluded get away property! The property was stocked with wood for fires, making it perfect for an evening to have drinks and make smores. It is close to many local wineries, making wine tastings even friendlier! The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. If you are looking to glamp but still have the rustic feel of no electric this is the place! This is a creative way to get people out and in tune with nature. 」

「Spent tons of money, time, and energy preparing for this vacation only to have the reservation cancelled by the owner on day 2 because they didn't like that we had a few visitors join us during the day. There was no alcohol and no foul play. They should have said no visitors allowed in advance if that was in fact the rule. Also, tons of bugs all over the place. Village of bugs...」

「This is our fourth stay on Dave’s properties. We just love the quiet unplugged weekend. Dave is wonderful and always responsive. He is quite crafted at providing unique ways to keep you in lights and chargers!」

「House is clean and very spacious. It was nice to have games for our teenagers to play, Pool table, Foosball table and Ping Pong table, as well as large checkers to play with. We only stayed a few nights but it was so relaxing that it felt like we were there much longer.」

The communication was great, and she checked in to make everything was okay. We hope to be coming back in the early fall.」
