"The pool was absolutely fabulous"

"Dirty sheets and pillow cases. Found hair in my bed. Pool wasn't open but it was nice out. Smelled as soon as u walked in lobby and in room."

"The room seemed clean enough and the towels and sheets were clean, but the room had an odor like it had been closed up a long time. Since I was there three nights I bought some air freshener. The door did not have a strike plate just a hole in the metal frame where it used to be. The door latched but didn’t seem very solid. The wall in the bathroom had been repaired but not painted yet so the room didn’t seem ready to be occupied. Plus the outside door at the end of the hall didn’t close all the way so seems like there is still work being done there as well. I was on the first floor and every morning when it was time for breakfast, there were a lot of banging doors in the hall. Way too many to be guests so it seemed that some door the staff went back and forth through made a lot of noise whether I was ready for the day or not. To be fair, I did not raise any of these concerns with the staff for them to try to fix, but not sure I would stay there again."

"Broken TV, A/C not working right staff not very helpful"

"Helpful staff. Nicely updated, and clean room with kitchenette and spacious bathroom. Missing a few minor amenities I'm used to seeing in other hotels, like a clock by the bed and an ice machine on the premises. Granted, there is an ice maker in the room fridge, but you'd have to turn it on and wait hours to get more handful of cubes. Room was right across the street from an entertainment district that was quite noisy on a Friday night into the next morning til about 1:30. I knew that going in, but be advised if this is a concern. Request a room on the opposite side of the building."

"There were hardly options for breakfast and our room had so much hair in it. The tub was obviously dirty and the sheets/blankets for the sofa bed were the same ones the previous owner had because again...so much hair. The beds were comfortable and it was surface cleaned. We just needed one night so the room served it's purpose."

"There was a note that the dryer was out of order. The WI FI user name/PW were not left on the wall as promised. A light bulb in the fixture above the dining table needed replacing. The living room tv wasn't hooked up at all. The clock on the wall above the tv needed a battery replacement. I sent the owners a message about these items via the VRBO app and got no reply. I did not stay at this place. I stayed at a hotel instead. "

"I had called to get clarification on a room-was told the room I was reserving had a king bed and a pull out couch. Got there and it did not in fact have a pull out couch. I’d the person on the phone didn’t know-which was the excuse I was given-they should have asked! We were unable to change our room because of booking on Orbitz. Refrigerator was unusable due to the seal being ripped off and not sealing. Questionable red fluid on the base of toilet. Only hot water in the bathroom sink-ever. Brush your teeth with hot water? Coffee mark on kitchenette counter-we don’t make coffee. Overall very disappointed. I was in town to see to a family member for probably the last time-from over 10 hours away. We did not need the added stress of a sub-par hotel. I will not be staying at this hotel again, nor this brand."
