I should have walked back out the front door as soon as I walked in. When I enter the hotel there was a pungent smell immediately. Once I checked in a got to the room it looked terrible. The floors were difficult to determine what the color used to be. The counter top swayed about 6 inches in the middle and everything just looked dirty. The free breakfast was not in the lounge you had to go ask for your free granola bar from behind the main desk, and the coffee was very bad. This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time. For$130 at least it should be clean. This is a dump, and should only be about $30. Run away if your thinking of staying here.

First room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke with the couches terribly stained that we were so thankful to find the kitchen had flooded to at least switch to another room, however the front desk first came up with towels and a bucket like she'd just clean it and we'd stay - which I think says it all already. However, she noticed quickly that the sink wasn't working so then realized we should be switched. The 2nd room we entered looked better for a split second, but as we walked to the middle of the floor and looked around you could see debris and all over the floor and then my eyes landed on the 6 inch wide space between the fridge and the wall that had dust, hair, and debris covering the floor all the way from front of fridge to back, 6 inch wide, and an inch high - if this was clearly visible and in plain sight from 10 ft away in middle of the room I didn't want to even think about the carelessness these people had for the people and children that stayed there when it came to the sheets and bedding and immediately walked out.

Less than expected
Not what I had planned for. We were in town for 4 days for a baseball tournament, so I booked a place with a free breakfast and a kitchen to save on food costs. The internet says "free breakfast " when got there, there was no one at the desk to check in with. A girl finally came. Then she said oh there are 2 adults in the room, I need the other persons ID also.....what this has never happened before. So I had to go out to the car for my husband's license. She then said they had a grab and go breakfast. Which in the morning consisted of a muffin and a cup of coffee. Not impressed so we went to the store for breakfast food. Upon entering the kitchen we were taken back, because there was NOTHING in it to cook with or utensils. Then finally found a sign on the counter, we could get these items as a bundle at the front desk, that could of been asked and explained upon check in and to offer use the kitchen supplies. I had already planned our meals around just a microwave at that point. So we did not get them. I do not know if it is an extra cost. Beds are on the harder side. Hotel is dated. Whenever I went by the front desk no one was there.

Our room was dirty. The floor was not clean. There was a feminine hygiene wrapper under the bed. The sheets did not appear to be clean. This is a non smoking property but there was a smoke smell. I also found a live ant in my bed. All of this said, I kinda understand you get what you pay for. What really made me upset was when my son went to the front desk clerk and asked for an extra pillow he was told he couldn't have one. Really? I was dumbfounded. We paid $122 for a discusting room and we couldn't borrow an extra pillow? What a joke. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL!

I will never come back to this place. Place was dirty and the complimentary Breakfast was a joke. I should have paid $10 more to stay Wyndham which I walked around after I left the property. By far better place the Extended stay property.
