We loved it and will be back! The decor was moody but a bit dark, so bring your own makeup light. We appreciated the free parking and how quiet the space was.

This boutique hotel is amazing. Our daughter was getting married near the Plaza, and this property is so convenient to everything. The ambiance and style are really cool. The beds are comfortable, and there's plenty of room to spread out in the downstairs dens. I would def stay again.

Love the decor and ambiance. I was on the 1st floor and it was quiet and restful. Only negative is the scarcity of parking for those of who avoid parallel parking whenever possible.

It is a beautiful boutique hotel in a renovated old house in the historical district near Nelson-atkins museum of art. Everything in the hotel is well thought and designed, and the bedding is comfortable. However, come with an older building, there is limitations: there is no hot water after 1 am, and if you stay at room 2b, the pipe in the enclosed column made loud humming sound at around 8 am, if you are a light sleeper, then it is a big issue.

Beautiful historical KC home. Close to KCAI and the Nelson. The contactless check in process was new to us and took some time and getting used too. Might be good to personally email incoming guests to walk them through the process. Easy communication with hosts. Recommend for a special visit to LC.
