"Within just a few minutes of my arrival the staff at the front desk had verified with me the duration of my stay, reconciled my room payment and set up a credit amount for any additional services I might need.
They also asked if in the morning I would require shuttle service to the airport and a wake up call? I answered yes to both questions their follow up question was, what time would I like these arrangements scheduled for in the morning.
I also had dinner from the restaurant food good enough that two hours later I went back and ordered dessert.
All around, including the room being clean, tidy, and ready for my arrival. I would say that the staff delivered excellence in every aspect of their service with the effortless and professional expertise of those who do it every day.
