If you're intending on throwing a party, get-together, shindig, event, reception, or anything that disrupts our community, do not book here. The exterior has cameras for your safety and ours. We also monitor the space with noise sensors that alert us if noise levels are too high. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
