I will never come back to this place. Place was dirty and the complimentary Breakfast was a joke. I should have paid $10 more to stay Wyndham which I walked around after I left the property. By far better place the Extended stay property.

This is a very nasty hotel, dirty, hair in towels and fridge, shower nob fell off. Took a while to get hot water and no pressure. Beds were not where they were pictured on website. No descent breakfast (no milk, juice or water, just coffee and one container of creamer. No ice machine, vending machines only on 1st floor. When entering it smelled like dead skunk. Would not recommend this place at all.

The women that work at the front desk are super nice and friendly. The hotel itself does provide a refrigerator with freezer and stove so that’s pretty much the only good thing about this hotel. Ridiculously overpriced and expensive for everything else. Sometimes hard to park cause the parking lot is too small for the amount of people that regularly stay here. The Tiffany Springs area is convenient enough to shop near Zona Rosa and get back to airport if need be, but for the money they charge here at least put out some cold cereal or eggs and bacon. SOMETHING!!! Microwaveable oatmeal packets and granola bars for breakfast when you’re like a couple dollars cheaper than a Hilton or Embassy Suites is wild!

The lamp in room was difficult to shut off..there was no drinking cups left in room to take pills or brush your teeth. The phone did not work to call front desk and the loud noises in the floor above did not stop til 11 pm. I would not choose to stay here again .

Do not recommend this place at all. Went to our room door was open had to slam it to get it to close. Countertop falling apart room was extremely dirty, no hot water to take a shower( and after sleeping there you definitely need a shower). Rooms smelled so slept with the window open and had to listen to a bunch of crack heads hooping and hollering outside. Would have felt safer sleeping in my car.

The workers were nice, but upon arrival my room was occupied and I was given a different room that smelled a little like mildew due to the shower head leaking nonstop throughout my stay. There were no other rooms available and on the first night a fire started which resulted in everyone evacuating the property until firefighters came to assess the situation. The water would also not get hot which was kind of the cherry on top. Nevertheless the workers were actually really nice which made the experience slightly more tolerable.

Good little pet friendly place to stay
Check in was easy. We brought a pet and they gave us a special little magnet for the door informing that there was a pet inside the room in the event of an emergency. That was nice. The area around the facility had plenty of space to walk the dog. If we needed anything, the front desk staff was very accommodating. It was a pretty pleasant experience overall.

The property was clean and felt like home. The staff was friendly and had a smile every time we saw them. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a great place for the two nights we stayed there.

Heaven help you if you have a delayed flight that lands after hours (i. e. midnight). This hotel is listed as a 24 hour open location. I had a booking but because of a late plane I didn’t get in until almost 2:00 AM. I was told I could not stay because a “audit” had cleared my reservation out, and I could not check in until 3 that afternoon, which did me no good, because I was headed back out that night. I had to check in to a very old, gross motel room at 3:00 AM. I should not have had to go elsewhere, especially when my room I reserved and paid for would have been available two hours prior. I cannot be the only person ever to have had a flight come in late. Expedia checked with the hotel to see if my money could base refunded and it was initially refused. I ended up calling the main corporate number and explained the situation and thankfully my payment was refunded. I’m happy that I was taken care of, but the experience I had at that location was so shockingly abysmal that I won’t ever try that location again.

Noises. People above us had a child that ran back and forth and jumped up and down for hours. Everything shook each time. Dogs could be heard in the hall way barking. Room was somewhat clean but carpets were dirty. It was an “extended stay” but had nothing to cook or eat with. Only had a red and hot plates. Breakfast was well not much. Muffin, granola bar, instant oatmeal and coffee was all they had. Won’t be back here again.
