Extended Stay WORST HOTEL EVER :Flew in from California, took a Lyft to the property, showed in with confirmation and reservation only to be told we don't have a room for you. First time in 40 years I ever booked a room had a reservation showed up to check in and they gave my room away. The Holiday inn was right across the parking lot, I had to walk over there in the rain, they took me in with open arms.

There were only cereal bars for breakfast with no beverages. It would be nice to know what type of breakfast is available. I would not have chosen the hotel if I knew they didn’t have breakfast.

I especially liked the fact that I had a suite with the kitchen in the 2 weeks I cooked everyday never once saw a roach or anything of the sort. I’ve been to hotels with regular rooms and always see roaches at some point. I have to give a shout to the staff. All of the ladies were very courteous and eager to make my stay comfortable. This will be where I stay every time I come here.

Never again at a Extended Stay was terrible
The first room we were sent to had not even been cleaned. (Bed unmade, towels on the floor) The second room was at least cleaned. All night long the room above us had something going on all night. People stomping across the floor, furniture being moved all night long. I mean it was to loud to even sleep. The bed was hard as a rock and the sink dripped. We did not sleep at all. There was a no firearms sign on the door. I CARRY ALL THE TIME. ITS MY RIGHT.

We booked a room for January 1st because we left for a flight on January 2nd. We have a 1 and 4 year old and had a 7am flight so we wanted to be near the airport. Late on January 1st Extended Stay called us and stated they moved us to a "sister" property due to a housekeeping emergency. "Don't worry it is the same standard and same room to accommodate you." We got to this "sister" hotel around 9pm on January 1st. Our children fell asleep in the car and were screaming when we arrived. When we walked in we were immediately concerned and disgusted. However, we had to stay because 1 it was new years and were told everything else was booked, and 2, our children, the reason we rented the hotel, were now settled and falling back asleep. The room smelled awful. The sheets were not clean---there was crud on them like someone ate a Debbie cake in the bed. There were crumbs on the ground, on the floor, spatter of something red on the countertops. Tehe toilet was filthy. The bathroom had used razor heads by the baseboards under the sink. The room had bugs all over the ground, alive and dead. We had our children sleep on top of us to keep them from laying on the beds. They could not walk around the room without shoes on due to the filth. The staff were rude and unconcerned with our concerns. We were stuck. We are currently asking for a refund. This wasn't the property we chose, and it was the absolute worst stay I've ever had. I've been in cleaner $30 Motel 8's than this. Disgusted.

Lousy Customer Service - at best
We booked this hotel a couple of weeks in advance knowing it was a holiday weekend. Glen arrived at the hotel to find the had transferred his reservation to another location. He went to the other location and was told they had cancelled his reservation and given away his room, even though he called at 4pm that afternoon to say his flight would be arriving at 1am and confirm he would be able to check in after 1am for his reservation for that night. He had to drive the several hours home on New Years Eve because of this hotel’s incompetence. We will not EVER use this hotel again nor will we recommend either KC area hotel to anyone.

Satisfactory
Satisfied with accommodations. Bed was comfortable and heat worked in the room. Additional fees for better wi-fi and kitchen package including plates and utensils. Grab and go breakfast was adequate. About 30 minutes outside downtown but near airport. I would stay here again.

Disappointed in cleanliness of our room upon arrival. A big pile of wet and soiled towels were left on our floor from a previous guest and I guess housekeeping didn’t see them. Smelled moldy and damp. Not sure why the housekeeping never got them even after we reported them there as soon as we saw them after getting to the room. Pretty disappointed we had to put up with them. Lady at check out simply said, ‘sorry’ Otherwise, the hotel is ok but I’d say overpriced for what you get
