The staff was amazing. The owner was super sweet and very helpful. The needs were decent and not to bad. The problem was the shower. We had to ask for a curtain. Then the water pressure with hot water was non existent. It was just dribble. The only shower pressure was there if you had a cold shower.

It was cluttered in the lobby. Everything is worn out & threadbare. Bedspread barely covered the bed. Pillow cases were the type that are shams for on top of the bedspread not for sleeping on. Sheets felt like they've been used up.

Room was dated and either had stains or a poor paint job throughout. Very poor water pressure in the shower, beds were cheap but not horrible, some very strange smell throughout the hotel, thankfully the room had a window i could open a little to air it out! Tv didn't work, I went to the front desk (i tried to call down but the phone didn't work) to make sure they knew, they said it was a new tv (which it obviously was not) and they weren't sure why it wasn't working but i just wanted to male sure they didnt want to charge me for a broken tv (i felt like they would try and scam me one way or another). It works in a pinch but wouldn't recommend.

This place should should be closed for bye the city state of government this is a place full of hiding Immigrants the police came through the parking lot and everybody ran. I saw Hispanics bringing in and out along with the owner young young girls the owners and everybody was up all night long no one slept I heard footsteps above me All night Long there was people running through the Halls adults running through the Halls we had to leave we could not stay this was by far the worst experience of me and my family's trip I hope the kids never have to experience anything like this please take this listing off of hotel.com I know you guys are great but this place someone is going to get hurt murdered raped I'm not joking this is a very very bad place

Get what you pay for

Wanted to charge me a $7 room insurance charge or leave $50 on credit card with refund in over 2 weeks. The pillows did not have pillow cases but rather they used the pillow shams so you know they were not clean. Smoke detector was beeping so i took it down. People were smoking in the hallway.

We only stayed here for one night because I didn't want to drive 3 hours home after a concert. The check in was really easy and the front desk was really nice. The room was good. They could have done a better job with cleaning. There were some bears trimmings left in the sink but it wasn't too much. The walls were very thin so you could hear other guests in the hotel. It woke me up one time in the night. The included "breakfast" was some hostess snack cakes. Luckily we had planned to go to Denny's right next door. The best thing about the room was the water pressure in the shower. It was glorious. It was a cheap hotel and worked for one night.

Glad We Only Stayed One Night Here

On Hotels.com I had sorted by price, paid in advance, and we had driven out of our way to go to this place, but when we arrived, there was an extra $7 registration fee in addition to what we had already paid. Also I looked for a place that served breakfast but was told at check-in that breakfast was good donuts and coffee and that there was a Denny’s next door. The check-in time said 7-7:30 AM and the checkout time was 10:30 the next day. The place smelled weird and anyone could walk in the back door, where we parked. The key slider didn’t work on the back door. The bedspread was nice but King bed was a folding bed that sloped to both sides. The lamps worked. There were several soaps. The pillows were covered with pillow shams that matched the bedspread, but with no pillow cases underneath. Water was not run through a softener, which I like. Toilet seemed fairly new, but the water in it was running when we arrived but stopped after we jiggled the handle and the tank refilled. The bathroom fan sounded strange, so I turned it off.
