Tub didn't have a stopper but maintenance was extremely quick to come up and attempted fixing. Rooms and lobby were clean and nice. Paying for breakfast was surprising though.

We were surprise about having to pay for parking and also for breakfast. But other than that it was a great place to stay.

When we returned at night to go to bed, we pulled the bedding down and discovered a bug on the back of one of the pillows. I attempted to get it and it crawled between the mattress and headboard. When I pulled the mattress back, I discovered a significant amount of trash (used dental picks, tissues, and crumbs). NOT HAPPY.

The remote for the tv was missing. Called down to front desk and said if they could find another one they would bring it down within an hour. They never showed, Spoke to front desk during checkout and was told I would receive Hilton honor points for the inconvenience but never received anything.

Although the room looked clean, if you look at the baseboards and the bottom of the shower stall tiling, there was mold and the bathroom stunk of bad odor like someone had been in there sweating like crazy. I brought my bath and body works spray and could not get rid of the smell. The towels seemed to look and smell clean but I'm wondering if it was the walls or the wood. The room stunk of urine when we walked in as well. Looks like the hotel is a fixer upper. Although the staff is nice and it appeared clean, if you look closely, you'll find flaws. Luckily we were only there for one night.
