I am incredibly disappointed with my stay here. I did not feel safe inside of this property by any means. The door which was supposed to require a key card to enter opened for anyone and there were multiple people outside the property yelling random things and trying to solicit hotel guests. I was worried the whole time that my car was going to be broken into. Further, the hotel room itself was old, had bugs, was out of conditioner, and the door wasn't sealed. We were kept up all night by guests yelling in the hall directly next to our door. The ice machine was nowhere to be found and the front desk worker showed other people's identifying information to me multiple times so I can't imagine what he did with my information. The elevator was on the brink of breaking, and most of the rest of the property seemed like it was soon to follow. The shower curtain had what looked like blood stains that had been attempted to be cleaned and the pillows were horrible. I cannot believe I was asked to pay $140 dollars for the worst hotel experience of my life. I am usually not one to complain but I didn't get a second of sleep because I was afraid and there was so much noise.

I had no time to use the pool; in any case, the pool is really tiny, no room to swim. The biggest problem was that the shower had no hot water. Something must have been broken there because the faucet did have hot water. Also the water pressure in the shower was so strong that it splashed water everywhere, in the few minutes during which I attempted to get it to produce hot water for me. I ended up mopping the floor to make the bathroom usable at least as a toilet.

The breakfast was adequate. Overall, the hotel was very run down. The hot tub should have just been renamed tub. I’ve stood on warmer rainstorms. The only saving grace was we got a room with a jetted tub.

Little disappointed that the pool was still closed, but the staff, as always is so nice. Even without the pool I give this hotel a 10. 😊 We travel quite a bit, and most budget hotels, this one exceeds all the others.

Room smelled damp and moldy. The blanket had food particles stuck to it the sheets were stained with dirt the tub had dark dirt stains on the floor of it. I would not recommend.

The room was big , comfortable and clean. The check in clerk was friendly and helpful. I was there for a week long meeting and was pleased with my overall stay there.

Pool and hot tub out of service due to public health concerns ordered by public health. Hot breakfast wasn’t ready at 6:45am on a weekday. Juice machine was not on or working at 6:45 am. so only could have waffles water yogurt or bread/bagels but butter was frozen. Walls are super thin, was woken up by the person in the next room cause there alarm went off at 4:20, 5:20,5:30 and 5:35 am so this hotel I would not recommend
