I used to stay at this hotel a lot in the past I will no longer be staying here just because the kiosk in the lobby when you eat breakfast in the next morning, you have to hear the kiosk guy talking to a new customer. The kiosk man is very loud why eat breakfast I could not hear the morning news. I heard the man checking in phone number the method of payment etc smh

Pool legitimately smelled like poo. Hotel just feels musty and smell like pot everywhere. Pretty rough compared to what the photos showed. If only you could smell through the photos.

We had a nice two-night stay here while in Kansas City for basketball games at Homefield Courts. It’s the perfect mid-level hotel for anyone looking for great value—we really didn't want to spend a fortune on lodging while traveling for basketball, and this was an excellent choice. The room was the perfect retreat from the extreme heat—the air conditioning worked incredibly well, and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the hotel’s quiet, peaceful location. Everything was booked through Expedia at a very reasonable price, and we would definitely choose to stay here again for future trips to the courts!

I checked in during night hours and there was no staff. A check-in kiosk was available and I have never felt less safe at a hotel as a solo traveler. Marijuana smell and loud music on my floor. I ended up leaving to a different hotel. On my way out I saw unsafe behaviors in the parking lot which was reaffirming that my above car storage was not safe in this parking lot. Do not recommend as a solo female.

Hardly any staff in sight , old and outdated, not very clean. Best I can say is the linens were clean. Pool was closed for maintenance. Some sketchy looking people staying there and always smoking right outside the entrance. We were only there one night so it was tolerable but I wouldn’t stay there again.

The hot tub was great. The pool was very chilly but nice as well. The phone had incorrect room number. No alarm clock, no wakeup call available. Staff was nice enough. Room is nice size. No frills. No laundry available. Parking is tight. Well lit. Partial sidewalk. Checkin is through a kiosk. First night the key cards were not working. It took a long time to check in, over 30 minutes before helpful staff member explained issue. I didn’t stay first night. Does serve a breakfast.

Really Small hotel. Clean and does have a small breakfast selection. You can never go wrong with waffles, sausage, eggs, apple or orange juice, selections of teas and bagels and muffins. Nice staff and close to States Ave. Felt safe as a single traveler as well. Close to quick bites and the highway. Will recommend!

I was disappointed that their was no onsite staff at the front desk for check in. Also that they require a $100 deposit for room damage. I would have been ok with that if I knew that there was someone on site at all to assist when I had an issue with my credit card and their machines communicating.

When you go to check in, there is NOT a person. To great you or check you in. You get greated by a guy on a kiosi to check you in. The first room we was signed to had so much cleaning fumes, you could not breath. The second room was better, however other guest was smoking weed like crazy. The breakfast was really bad. I wish I would not have booked this motel.

1st room had strong smell of smoke so had to change rooms to ensure we didn’t get the $100 surcharge for smoking. The next room’s shower was not operational and they had no maintenance staff on hand to fix it. Just wanted a simple room and two didn’t live up to the expectation. It was clean thoigh
