A remodel is planned but it should have been done 4 years ago. Breakfast was a coffee & bagel bar with some fruit, Unattended unless one contacted desk staff. Rooms were small and kind of dirty. Carpet s needed cleaning. Walls had many dings. Entrance to laundry room & employee lockers held together with metal straps were visible immediately upon entering lobby. Curtain to cover door was never closed. Desk staff was friendly when approached and they sought answers from other employees for questions they couldn’t answer. Disappointing stay.

Nice location and beds. Hallways reeked of mold and marijuana. Staff was extremely bothered by check in and any questions. Breakfast was comical and the complementary “wine and beer” were gone by the time we checked in.

I was quite disappointed with my experience, which failed to meet the basic standards one expects from a reputable hotel. Firstly, the front desk staff seemed poorly trained in customer service. During my stay, there was a noticeable lack of communication regarding hotel amenities, specifically housekeeping. I was not informed at check-in that I needed to request this service explicitly. When I did request housekeeping on my third night, my request was completely overlooked, leaving me in an unattended room for the duration of my stay. Additionally, the breakfast was underwhelming and did not live up to expectations. The offerings were extremely basic, consisting only of sliced bread, yogurt cups, juice, and coffee. This limited selection did not provide the variety or the quality one would hope for to start the day. The condition of the rooms was also disappointing. Both the bathrooms and the room furniture were noticeably worn and seemed poorly maintained, which significantly detracted from the comfort and aesthetic appeal of the stay. Overall, my experience at the Seville Plaza Hotel was far from satisfactory. The lack of proper service, poor breakfast quality, and the worn state of the rooms made it clear that much improvement is needed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that significant changes are made to enhance the guest experience in the future.

Only 2 handicap parking spaces in the whole property! When I could not park in front I was directed to the rear parking lot. I found a space but they had no ramps. I had to navigate long series of steps carrying luggage and helping my husband, who cannot walk unassisted, down the steps. Not what one expects from a Windham hotel!!!

The property seemed to be undergoing renovations -- though nothing visible was happening. The rugs were stained, elevator dirty, furniture undusted. The "breakfast" was abysmal: Undrinkably weak coffee with a defrosted super-market bagel. The only reason to stay here is low price and a decent -- but not special -- location.

Loved the staff, they worked hard to make it a good experience. The hotel is scheduled for renovations this spring and it needs it. The room was clean, but “tired” and didn’t have things we’re used to seeing (eg USB ports and extra outlets). Street construction in front of the building, had to enter from the rear entrance. Biggest issue was the strong oder of pot throughout the hallway-either people are ignoring the no smoking rules or it’s getting in from the outside. Ok value if you can put up with negatives.

We had to move from one room to another due to a leak in the plumbing in the bathroom sink. Something had been removed from the wall in the room and the holes were just left in the wall. We had to make a $100 deposit at check in because we purchased througb Expedia. We were not told that ahead of time.

This was horrible from the start. There was no one at the desk to let us in the front doors, then the front desk person was MIA for another 10 minutes. A housekeeper had to go get her so we could check in. Then the drain in the shower was clogged, the sink water was sulfuric and smelled like rotten eggs. The QT next to the hotel was so loud that we couldn’t sleep into 3:30am. The breakfast was minimal with bread, empty juice containers, a microwave that had noodles spilled all over and cold water for tea in a broken dispenser. I can’t believe this “hotel” charges customers at all.

We recently stayed at Seville Plaza Hotel, Kansas City, for the Super Bowl parade. Faced with a minor plumbing issue, the staff’s response was exceptional, swiftly relocating us to ensure our comfort. The hotel’s location is a big plus, conveniently close to attractions and a Quick Trip gas station next door. Comfortable rooms and a warm atmosphere made it ideal for our family. We spent 2 weeks there with 2 dogs and we couldn't have met a nicer staff. Doug, Greg, Monna, Shenell and Natalie and the housekeeping staff. Frot desk staff worker Greg was a great worker and very nice. The shower in our room never properly shut off. You could hear things going on outside the room. And the breakfast was laughable (they only had beagles).

This hotel was not as advertised. Not a top hotel. We arrived at 7 pm. When we opened the door, we were greeted by an unclean room, unmade beds, filthy bathroom, etc. Hotel staff came and cleaned room while we waited. No attempt made by staff to give us a different room. Room’s fridge inoperable. Thermostat on heating was way off: 67 degree setting equaled 80 degrees. Impossible to achieve a comfortable setting. Hallway was filthy and carpeting was old, faded, and had ground in dirt. No microwave in room. No breakfast other than coffee and apples. Once I snagged a bagel. Absolutely no hot breakfast items. We ended up going out to breakfast each day. We expected a lot more for our money. A terrible experience and we went home early.

Worst hotel experience of my life
Any booking is a get-what you pay for, so I should not have expected much. Beyond the hallways being overrun with the smell of weed, this place was decrepit at best. Substandard mattresses, broken-down furniture, stains everywhere and too many other issues to even list. First room had an unsleepable bed. Second room where I spent first night had a broken heating system. Switched to a third room and there was actually a hump in the floor of the middle of the room. When I pointed that out, management told me I was being obnoxious. Ownership stepped in and was downright nasty to me. Beware of the deal on price offered here. Remember, you get what you pay for. I have stay in hundreds of hotels and never experienced anything this bad.

Room very dirty, stains in the sheets, counters not wiped, pills found under the bed, outlets didn’t charge our phones, hot water didn’t work in the shower. Dogs suppose to be on 1st floor only, we were on the 4th and there were 3 separate dogs that barked for 2 hours straight one night.
