Truly one of my favorite stays I have ever been to!. Upon arrival the home was warm and cozy, it was cold outside so I appreciated that. Quiet neighborhood that is close to everything, I would stay here again 10/10 would recommend!.

Great little tiny home close to downtown. We utilized the public transit a lot of the time as it was free. Two great coffee shops in walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. Host was easy to chat with. Would recommend!

This was our third consecutive stay at a Cozy in KC property. We love Cozy in KC. The properties are in great locations, they are always clean, always charmingly decorated, and the prices are fair, from base rates to pet fees. They do all the little things - from toiletries (and plenty of them) that we might need, to prompt communications, to little touches like dog bowls, rugs and treats. We will only stay at Cozy in KC properties, given a choice.
