Hotel was locked when we arrived(10pm) and no one was there when we checked out. A memo said “please leave a key”. The hotel was clean but extremely under staffed. I only saw two workers. For the amount of money they charged me, I don’t want to go back:(

A/c was not sufficient and too hot in the room. Lobby was overly hot. Breakfast was average. Yukata smelled tabaco. Onsen was plain but OK
