「Our stay at Shinjuku16 was great. Online checkin was easy and the host provided the key codes to get into the main building and room in advance of our arrival. The accommodation was well sized with all the necessary amenities provided. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, water, ice, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent for the in room all-in-one washer and dryer unit.

「The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful.
The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. It has a washer machine without dryer feature. The heater in the shower can dry the clothes.

「the room is nice and clean. kitchen is awesome, washing machines is awesome, iron is awesome, ac is awesome. i would book the room here if i visit Tokyo again!
but the thing i want to said is: pls make the room on the 1st floor look more obvious so to let other guests know that there’s a room out there. 2) the slippers would stick on ur feet if u r not wearing ur socks/ when ur feet were wet.」
