“Lety and Caesar, the owners, were wonderful hosts! Our bungalow was spotless and had everything we needed.
We had an issue with our car and Lety called a mechanic for us. The homemade breakfast served outdoors under the palapa was amazing! Lety even shared her lemongrass tea she had brewed that morning. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful and serene. Lovely stay!!”

“This is a perfect place to disconnect and recharge, does have wi-fi if you can't live without it.
The staff extremely cordial and attentive from the moment I stepped into the property,the restaurant staff was just as attentive prompt. The Hacienda has a rustic touch with a modern aproach, only five minutes outside of Izamal which makes it a perfect location. The Spa massage was phenomenal, will definitely stay here again when in the area.”

“Me gustó el trato del personal y el nivel de servicio. El cuidado del ambiente y la ubicacion del hotel son excelentes si quieres desconectarte un poco.
Lo que no me gustó fue la limpieza de la habitación, rente 2 habitaciones en el area de Clamping y ambas estaban sucias, mucho polvo y basura debajo de las camas, en las orillas de la habitacion, los tapetes sucios y muchos insectos dentro de la habitacion. Nos encontramos alacranes, arañas, escarabajos, etc. Pensé que al menos por dentro……
