"Chakra cottage had aesthetic interiors and very spacious even for a couple with small kids. Seeing sunrise in the lake from the portico was wonderful. Staff were really courteous and friendly. "The hotel itself may be okay, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I literally woke up with back pain after sleeping there. A good night’s sleep is one of the most basic expectations from any hotel, and unfortunately the mattress quality was very poor. I hope the management takes this seriously and replaces or upgrades the beds, because it really affected my stay."

"The reservation booked through Hotels.com was not found at the property. I just asked them to give me a room for a separate payment to avoid the hassle of finding another hotel. The hotel looks good but service was terrible. No hot water, none/limited options for dining or breakfast. No other restaurants close by. TV didn’t work/only Tamil channels."
