Wonderful place! Great Property Location

I'll start with the ONLY thing that wasn't perfect about this place: The view from the lanai / balcony is of the parking lot. Everything else was perfect. Great units. Large kitchen, Subzero fridge and Wolf stove/oven. Large bathroom with large tub. Smallish shower but oh well.

Little bumpy but smoothed out

Nice property, nice pool, had an issue of employee entering room by mistake which bothered me and my wife. Lots of apologies. It’s on the resort and management company not the host. But should never have been able to happen.

Feeling the Aloha

This property is well maintained, manicured and the location is perfectly set along the east side of Kapaa it will not disappoint. The sunrises are beautiful if you can get a unit that faces the ocean from your lanai and even if you don't get an ocean view the mountain views are just as beautiful. The mini lazy river and pool is straight up tropical with plenty of area for families to lounge, you will definitely enjoy your stay and the bonus is you are across the street from Safeway and a small shopping center that is very convenient. Nice Unit & Complex

The unit was perfect for us. The pool complex is very nice ( especially for families). The beach is beautiful. Parking was easy and the staff were very pleasant. We also liked the location making it easy to go North or South on the island. The tour desk took care of booking two excursions for us which were both excellent. We highly recommend Blue Dolphin Charters - Napali cruise….

Clean unit, central location. I wish there was somewhere to wash off sand from feet from the beach when the pool is not open so one doesn't track sand into the unit. Hope to stay again in the future

Fabulous Condo and Resort

The condo was just as nice (or nicer) than the photos. It was very clean and comfortable. The resort property is also wonderful and the pool area extremely nice. It was also nice to have the Oasis bar and restaurant on the property, as well as the restaurant just next door—Bull Shed. Both were great places to eat or get a drink.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautifully updated and the perfect location on the East side of the island, making it easy to get anywhere you need to go. Plus across the street is a grocery store, Starbucks, Ross, and ABC, so anything you could need was super close. The staff at the resort were friendly, the beach was cozy and private, and the pool was great. Overall my experience was awesome, the only drawback was the AC. One night our condo wasn’t cooling, and I found out that the association actually controls the temperatures and unfortunately that night there had been an issue with their software. It was resolved the next day, but it was somewhat annoying to learn we didn’t truly have control of the AC in the condo despite having the thermostat that showed otherwise. I had slept a little warm all the other nights but it wasn’t bad enough to be a deal breaker, I just would have certainly slept better had the condo been a couple of degrees cooler over night.

Nice layout but some problems

The unit was fine in size and layout, but what it was missing made the condo less than ideal. Beach supplies: Our daughter’s unit nearby was equipped with four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach mat and two boogie boards. All we had were the two striped towels from the pool. I understand the owner didn’t want additional sand in condo, but if were inconsiderate enough not to clean off beach chairs and umbrella, surely we’d be just as inconsiderate with chairs we were forced to buy or rent. Renters expect to be able to go to Kauai’s beautiful beaches. We needed chairs to sit on. It should be as much a part of the unit as bath towels. Our daughter, by the way, stored all beach equipment in the trunk of the SUV for the entire week and then cleaned them the last day. Cleaning supplies: It’s a lesser issue, but although we rented for eight nights, we had no cleaning supplies for bathroom touch-ups other than some disinfectant wipes.
